  • Equip internal teams with reliable tools, reporting, and information to investigate and resolve incentive-related escalations from field agents.
  • Document incentive logic, data workflows, validation procedures, and resolution processes to support transparency, auditability, and knowledge sharing.
  • Share insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicate data quality findings clear, and contribute to stronger incentive data literacy across the organization.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
  • At least three years of experience in data analytics engineering, business intelligence, incentive operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.
  • Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and Apache Airflow concepts and usage for version control and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Amazon Redshift, including the ability to translate business requirements into effective data models.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate complex data discrepancies, formulate hypotheses, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • A strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and process reliability, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and auditable financial or incentive‑related outputs.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, present findings to non‑technical audiences, and manage expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly and explain incentive calculations to field teams and other stakeholders.
