Job summary

Team Geek Solutions in India is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines across Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse environments, aligning with enterprise needs.

You will work on transforming and ingesting data, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust monitoring and promotion workflows across Dev/Test/Prod.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data engineering, hands-on Azure Fabric/Synapse, and strong SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse/Data Factory.
• Strong experience with Fivetran or similar ELT tools.
• Experience handling high-volume datasets (hundreds of millions of records).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts.
• Strong understanding of Medallion architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement ingestion, transformation, and optimization of enterprise data sources into Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse environments.

• Manage large-volume ingestion and backfill operations.
