Job summary

Eucloid Data Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Data Consultant/Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple projects in the ecommerce team. You will drive data-driven insights, lead data analysis, and create site performance dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Amplitude.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in data analysis/product analytics in a product org or client-facing role.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization with Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environments; capable of influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven insights on website/app metrics across funnels.

Role & responsibilities

• We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant/Senior Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:
• Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions. Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision making.
• Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.).
• Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improving site engagement, conversion and other metrics.
• Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau.
• Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics.
• Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.
• Lead and participate in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends
• Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes

Preferred candidate profile

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role.
• Knowledge of Product Analytics tool Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
• Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
• Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
