Job summary

3Pillar Global seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to own architecture from design through deployment, defining technical vision and standards for AI-native solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design secure cloud-native systems, and mentor engineering teams.

In a remote-first, global environment, you will engage with cross‑continental teams and clients, shaping scalable architectures and guiding critical decisions with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ Years of IT Experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong Solution Architect mindset.
• Experience with more than one technology stack; open to any technology background.
• AWS Cloud – Mandatory.
• Background/exposure to AI tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, architectural patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
