Job summary

H&M is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Bengaluru, India, to partner with business leaders and drive performance through advanced analytics and KPI frameworks. The role involves mentoring juniors and building data-driven culture across the organization.

You will use Python or R, SQL, and BI tools to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions and influence strategic decisions with actionable insights. This is a strategic, data-facing role within the Production organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, maths, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to solve business problems through analytical approaches.
• Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud-based analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

The role sits within the H&M Production organization and will work closely with the Business Tech Team, the central technology and data function responsible for building and enabling digital, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging advanced analytics, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities to drive business performance.
