Role Description The Senior Creative Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role leads the development of creative and brand strategies for client campaigns, translating business objectives into clear concepts and narratives across video, digital, and social media channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research and market analysis, defining brand positioning, creating campaign frameworks, and providing creative direction to designers, writers, and production teams. The Senior Creative Strategist will craft compelling presentations and pitch decks, collaborate closely with account and marketing teams, oversee content quality and consistency, and ensure all deliverables align with client goals and timelines. The role also involves mentoring junior creatives and contributing to new business proposals and internal creative innovation.

• Strong Creative Direction skills, including guiding multidisciplinary teams and overseeing concept development and execution.
• Expertise in Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy, with experience translating insights into integrated campaign ideas and brand narratives.
• Advanced Writing skills for conceptual copy, scripts, and strategy documents, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and formats.
• Research capabilities, including audience analysis, competitive review, and trend tracking to inform creative and brand decisions.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or creative agencies, ideally working across video production, social media, and integrated campaigns.
