Role Description The Creative Director role at AdKo is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role leads the creative vision for campaigns, driving concept development from brief to final delivery across video, digital, social, and integrated brand experiences. The Creative Director works closely with strategy, account management, design, and production teams to translate client objectives into compelling creative ideas and cohesive brand narratives.

Key responsibilities include developing and pitching creative concepts, leading art direction and design execution, directing and managing photoshoots and video productions, and ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively on-ground and through post-production. The role also involves reviewing and refining creative work, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, mentoring creative team members, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality work. Staying current with advertising, digital, social media, and visual trends is essential to keeping AdKo’s creative output innovative, relevant, and competitive.

Qualifications

• Strong Shoot Direction and Execution skills to conceptualise, direct, and oversee photoshoots and video productions, ensuring the creative vision is translated effectively from concept to final output.
• Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead end-to-end campaign ideation and execution.
• Expertise in Branding to shape and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Art Direction to oversee visual concepts, layouts, and overall aesthetic quality.
• Solid Graphic Design capabilities to evaluate and guide design work for digital, print, and video assets.
• Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment, preferably with integrated campaigns.
• Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating cross-functionally with production, strategy, and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of current advertising, digital marketing, and social media trends and best practices.
