Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message across various platforms, including digital and print media. This role requires a strong eye for detail, an understanding of design trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to produce high-quality graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, websites, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Work with copywriters to integrate text and imagery into visually compelling designs.
• Create and modify visual assets for digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media) and print collateral (e.g., posters, flyers, packaging).
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand and maintain a consistent style across all materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of web design and basic WordPress, HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
