Job summary

Hira Walraven Installations Systems is seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Specialist to lead branding, photography, videography and AI-driven campaigns. You will develop concepts, scripts and storyboards, delivering brand-consistent content across brochures, websites, social media and exhibitions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a strong portfolio in branding and video, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, senior-level preferred.
• Strong portfolio in branding, print, digital, photography and video.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom/Camera Raw.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI image/video generation and prompt writing.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding and print production.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Senior Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, photography, videography, motion graphics, digital content and AI-powered creative production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns across brands.
• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, social media creatives, website graphics, exhibitions and marketing collateral.
• Create, shoot and edit corporate, product, factory, event, testimonial and social media videos.
• Handle photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, animation and post-production.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites and digital campaigns.
• Use Generative AI for image/video creation, storyboards and creative campaigns.
• Work with Google Gemini, Flow, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney or equivalent AI tools.
• Combine AI-generated assets with professional design and video-editing tools to create brand-ready content.
• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and visual directions from marketing briefs.
• Maintain brand consistency and high creative quality across all communication.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technical teams and external vendors.
• Mentor junior designers and proactively recommend new creative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio covering branding, print, digital, photography and video.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom/Camera Raw.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing and motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI image/video generation and prompt writing.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding and print production.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Excellent creative judgment, communication, ownership and project-management skills.

Preferred

Experience in 3D visualization, Blender/Cinema 4D/3ds Max, UI/UX, WordPress/CMS, drone photography/videography, exhibition design or industries such as B2B, manufacturing, HVAC, MEP, construction or technical products will be an added advantage.
