Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative design and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio with campaigns and brand identity.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI creative tools for image and video production.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers.

• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Develop high-impact campaign key visuals and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.

What you'll do:

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with a strong understanding of design fundamentals and brand identity.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image generation, video production, and creative experimentation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, prompt engineering, and agentic automation to accelerate creative production and scale design output.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
