Job summary

Birlasoft Limited is seeking a Senior Create!Forms Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise document generation and reporting solutions. You will work on Create!Forms templates, data mapping, and ERP integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable reporting functionality.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on Create!Forms experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with JD Edwards or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and developing Create!Forms templates.
• Hands-on with: XML, XSL/XSLT, RTF templates, data mapping, document formatting.
• Experience integrating Create!Forms with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience in troubleshooting report generation and formatting issues.
• Knowledge of SDLC, source control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable templates, standards, and best practices for Create!Forms and reporting solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical reporting processes.
• Investigate defects and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor report generation performance and optimize where needed.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Create!Forms Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise document generation and reporting solutions using Create!Forms. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience in Create!Forms, and possess strong knowledge of ERP reporting integrations, form customization, document automation, and production support. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to develop scalable and high-quality reporting and document solutions.

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Create!Forms / Createform development.
• Strong experience designing and developing Create!Forms templates.
• Hands-on experience with: o XML o XSL/XSLT o RTF Templates o Data Mapping o Document Formatting
• Experience integrating Create!Forms with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience in troubleshooting report generation and formatting issues.
• Knowledge of SDLC, source control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience migrating reports from Create!Forms to Oracle BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS, Fusion, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience with automated document distribution and printing solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Technical Delivery
