Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Cost Manager (Civil) to join our Hyderabad-based team. The role focuses on feasibility costing, detailed cost plans, and BOQ preparation for Middle East and local projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to bids with strong cost control and analytical skills. Ideal candidates have a civil engineering background, 8+ years of QS/CM experience, and proficiency with CostX and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QS/Cost Management in civil projects.
• MRICS is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Experience with commercial, hotel/hospitality and residential projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans & BOQ.
• Carry out quantity take-offs from design information at various stages.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to design and cost estimates.
• Deliver cost plans for occupier and investor clients; support bids.
