Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Cost Manager - Civil to join our Hyderabad on-site team. The role involves delivering cost plans, feasibility studies and detailed cost estimates for international projects, leveraging NRM/SMM7/CESMM knowledge.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support bids while reporting to the Cost Lead. The ideal candidate holds BE/B.Tech, 8+ years of relevant experience, and preferably MRICS.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in respective field.
• 8+ years experience in cost management / quantity surveying.
• Experience with international projects is essential.
• MRICS is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal, numerical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility cost estimates and cost plans for projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from design documents.
• Identify and mitigate design and cost risks.
• Prepare cost reports and BOQ updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
