Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, a world-leading dental solutions company, seeks a skilled supply chain professional in Gurugram to manage end-to-end operations, including inventory and material planning. You will oversee stock transfers, dispatch/receipt activities, and ensure timely material availability while driving improvements.

You will create MIS reports and KPIs, coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in analysing MIS reports and KPIs to support decisions.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, material planning, stock transfers, and dispatch/receipts coordination.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely materials and smooth processes.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and process compliance while driving improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain supply chain data in ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics AX) and ensure accuracy.
• Support audits, compliance, and reporting related to supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance for seamless execution.
