What you'll do:

1. End to End Video Production:

• Oversee the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Produce a variety of video content, including:
• How-to videos for customer support and success.
• Short live action and animated videos for marketing campaigns.
• Thought-leadership videos featuring industry insights and product features.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop video content that supports business goals.
• Generate creative ideas for video content.

1. Scriptwriting & Direction:

• Write, edit, and enhance video scripts for various content types.
• Manage filming (when necessary) & editing to ensure high-quality final products.
• Coordinate with in-house video editors, content writers, stakeholders, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery, stay within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Act as a video host for thought-leadership videos, discussing product features, industry trends, and best practices.
• Record and produce Loom-style product walkthrough videos, demonstrating software features clearly and engagingly.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine content strategies.
• Stay updated with video trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and effective.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing with a focus on video production, especially for SaaS or software products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video content, including tutorials, marketing, and thought leadership.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for broad audiences.
• Experience managing in-house teams, freelancers, and vendors.
• Comfortable on camera and familiar with video editing tools.
