Job summary

The role requires CA/CA Inter or CMA qualifications, or an MBA with relevant experience, and a strong track record in financial operations and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and coordinate with clients for timely delivery.
• Prepare financial statements as per Companies Act.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Handle Income Tax, TDS, Form 3CD, ITR, and Form 3CEB.
• Manage GST monthly and annual returns.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and queries.
• Mentor the team and ensure accurate client delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Job description

This position is part of our Service Delivery team, supporting clients in managing their Finance & Accounts functions. The role involves leading a team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services across Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivables, and Compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial statements and accounting in accordance with the Companies Act.
• Managing statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Handling Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax, Form 3CD, ITR filing and Form 3CEB.
• Managing GST monthly and annual returns.
• Managing payroll compliances including PF, PT, LWF and ESI.
• Coordinating and completing statutory audits under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
• Managing end-to-end payroll activities, including employee onboarding, monthly payroll processing, annual POI verification and addressing employee payroll queries.
• Leading and mentoring the team while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
• Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
