Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior Analyst to administer IBM i iSeriesAS400 security, manage user provisioning, and oversee access lifecycle processes. You will implement and enforce security policies, participate in audit support, and help automate provisioning tasks across IAM environments.

You will work with ServiceNow and SailPoint to ensure compliant access controls, perform JML activities, and handle urgent access requests while maintaining thorough records and evidence for audits.

Qualifications

• Experience administering IBM i iSeriesAS400 security and user provisioning.
• Understanding of JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes and access lifecycle.
• Familiarity with RBAC, least privilege, and SoD concepts.
• Proven ability to interpret security policies and apply standards.

Responsibilities

Role Title Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

iSeries Access Administration Provision modify suspend and revoke IBM i iSeriesAS400 user profiles and application access Perform Joiner Mover and Leaver JML access lifecycle activities Create and maintain user profiles group profiles supplemental groups and special authorities Assign users to appropriate security groups and application roles based on approved business requirements Process access requests within agreed Service Level Agreements SLAs Validate approvals and ensure requests comply with security policies before provisioning access Support emergency and temporary access requests in accordance with approved procedures Maintain accurate records and evidence of all provisioning activities Access Governance Compliance Ensure compliance with IAM policies information security standards and regulatory requirements Support periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns Identify and escape excessive privileges Segregation of Duties SoD conflicts and policy exceptions Support internal external and regulatory audits by providing evidence and responding to audit queries Participate in remediation activities arising from audit findings and security reviews Operational Support Investigate and resolve IBM I accessrelated incidents and service requests Troubleshot provisioning failures and collaborate with infrastructure application support and business teams Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities related to IBM i security administration Maintain process documentation knowledge articles and operational procedures Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to automate manual provisioning activities Contribute to process improvements documentation and standard operating procedures Support IAM transformation initiatives and migration activities

Qualifications

35 years of experience in IBM i iSeriesAS400 security administration IAM or access provisioning ITIL Foundation certification is desirable IBM i security training or certifications will be an added advantage Preferred Experience Experience supporting IBM i environments in large enterprise organisations Experience supporting audit and regulatory requirements Exposure to privileged access management and identity governance solutions Experience with automation or scripting to improve provisioning processes
