  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and supporting effective governance routines.
  • Basic understanding of project financials, forecasting, timesheets, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning support: Assist in building and maintaining project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps; track progress against baselines.
  • RAID management: Maintain the Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log, ensuring timely updates, clear ownership, and escalation where required.
  • Governance and reporting: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance packs for steering forums; ensure accurate and timely communications.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and ceremonies; capture actions, decisions, and follow-ups to closure.
  • Scope and change control: Support scope definition and change request processes, maintaining documentation and ensuring impacts are assessed and approved.
  • Financial and resource tracking: Assist with tracking budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, and resourcing; highlight variances and support remediation actions.
  • Delivery assurance: Help drive adherence to delivery standards, quality checkpoints, and agreed acceptance criteria; support testing and implementation readiness activities.
  • Risk, controls, and documentation: Ensure project artefacts are maintained (e.g., plans, minutes, decision logs), and support compliance with HSBC risk, control, and audit requirements.
  • Project delivery experience: Proven experience supporting project delivery within a structured change environment (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder management: Confident working with diverse stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and third parties.
  • Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication, including producing concise status reporting and governance materials for senior audiences.
  • RAID and governance discipline: Experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and supporting effective governance routines.
  • Financial and resource awareness: Basic understanding of project financials, forecasting, timesheets, and resource coordination.
  • Technical Skill : AEM admin /AEM designer, Java/Java Script/React JS/HTML
  • Risk and control mindset: Understanding of operating in a regulated environment, with awareness of controls, auditability, and documentation standards (banking experience preferred).

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

Support the successful delivery of change initiatives by coordinating project activities, maintaining strong governance, and enabling effective collaboration across business and technology stakeholders. The Assistant Project Manager helps ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, in line with HSBC’s risk and control expectations.
