• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills coordinating with govt departments, legal, vendors and implementing agencies.
• End-to-end procurement management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and timely procurement outcomes.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government departments, legal teams, vendors, and implementing agencies.
• Ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate procurement risks, and deliver procurement outcomes within prescribed timelines.
