About the role:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the performance management framework, including role-linked expectations, calibration processes, and review discipline
- Build and maintain competency frameworks and translate competencies into role scorecards and career paths for critical roles
- Design and drive the L&D calendar, including functional training , manager programs, and blended learning interventions
- Lead manager effectiveness initiatives through diagnostics, training , feedback quality improvement, and expectation-setting
- Develop differentiated learning and development programs for employee cohorts (analysts, consultants, high-potential talent, early-tenure employees)
- Partner with business teams, HRBPs, TA, and leaders to align performance, learning , and employee experience initiatives
- Support program execution through effective planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
Basic Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in HR, L&D, OD, Psychology, or Business Administration
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or Organisation Development
- Prior experience in a consulting-led, fast-scaling, or high-accountability environment preferred
- Performance Management: Appraisal completion rate, calibration adherence, manager coaching cadence
- Competency & Career Architecture: Completion of competency mapping and role scorecards for critical roles
- Learning & Development: L&D calendar adherence, participation, completion rates, and training effectiveness scores
- Manager Effectiveness: Diagnostic coverage, program participation, and capability improvement scores
- Cohort Programs: Program NPS, growth track enrolment, and employee development outcomes
- Cross-functional Execution: Project milestone adherence and stakeholder satisfaction
