Job summary

enGen Global in Chennai, India seeks an L2 NOC Analyst to monitor real-time systems, correlate events, triage incidents, and support major incident resolution across enterprise infrastructure, applications and cloud services.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to drive fast restoration under SLA, with a 24x7 rotational shift.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in NOC/Command Center
• Real-time monitoring and ITSM knowledge required
• Experience with P1/P2 incident handling and SLA tracking

Responsibilities

• Monitor Observability Tools and events daily
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow and coordinate escalation
• Support major incidents and drive rapid restoration
• Conduct incident triage and impact analysis
• Coordinate with resolver teams across IT domains
• Document incidents and participate in PIRs
• Maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Provide shift handovers and operational reporting
