Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking an IT professional to manage LeanIX platform operations and drive enterprise architecture governance. You will handle workspace administration, user provisioning, data freshness, and platform health to ensure reliable services.

The role requires 3–6 years IT experience with LeanIX administration and strong knowledge of ITSM processes, incident management, and integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, and SAP Signavio.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of overall IT experience with LeanIX administration and operational support.
• Workspace administration, user provisioning, role management, access controls, subscriptions, and license management.
• Data onboarding, bulk imports, Excel uploads, data quality management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, SAP Signavio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes including incident, change, and request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain the LeanIX platform for stable day-to-day operations.
• Manage workspace administration, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
• Configure Fact Sheets, Surveys, Reports, Dashboards, Meta Model attributes, and Lifecycle Management settings.
• Monitor data quality, gaps, and reliability of the repository.
• Support incident management and platform troubleshooting per ITSM processes.
• Monitor platform health, synchronizations, API connectivity, upgrades and releases.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and architecture reports for EA teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to maintain governance.

Your Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain the LeanIX platform to ensure stable, secure, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Manage workspace administration, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, access controls, subscriptions, and license management.
• Configure and maintain Fact Sheets, Surveys, Reports, Dashboards, Meta Model attributes, and Lifecycle Management settings.
• Perform data onboarding, bulk imports, Excel uploads, data validation, cleansing, migration, and mass updates while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor architecture data quality, identify data gaps, and work with stakeholders to improve the completeness and reliability of the repository.
• Support incident management, service request fulfillment, problem management, and platform troubleshooting in line with ITSM processes.
• Monitor LeanIX platform health, scheduled synchronizations, API connectivity, upgrades, and release deployments to ensure platform availability.
• Support integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, SAP Signavio, and other enterprise applications by monitoring synchronization jobs and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, architecture reports, KPIs, and platform usage metrics for Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to maintain architecture documentation and support governance activities.

Key Skills Required

• 3–6 years of overall IT experience with 2–4 years of hands‑on LeanIX administration and operational support.
• Experience in workspace administration, user and role management, Fact Sheets, Surveys, Dashboards, and Lifecycle Management.
• Hands‑on experience with data onboarding, bulk uploads, Excel‑based imports, data migration, and data quality management.
• Experience supporting integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, SAP Signavio, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes, incident management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent operational support experience is preferred.
