Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Consultant Internal Audit & SOX to lead and execute SOX programs, design controls, perform testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen financial reporting reliability.

You will develop project plans, mentor junior staff, address audit queries, and apply COSO 2013 principles to improve processes and risk management across the enterprise in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• Masters in Business Administration or Risk Management preferred.
• Experience in enterprise risk advisory and SOX advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in assignments including developing project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members.
• Handle SOX and Audit engagements.
• Exposure to Internal Audit Process Reviews, SOP and other risk management engagements would be a positive.
• Design and assess process and controls and drive improvements.
• Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues.
• Understand COSO 2013 and experience in process documentation, RCMs, report writing, root cause analysis, remediation and mentoring to team.

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant Internal Audit & SOX! In this role you will be responsible for working on projects encompassing the entire gamut of Sox from conceptualization to designing to implementation of the entire SOX program including documentation and control testing evaluating internal controls reliability of financial reporting compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management. This should be a detailed SOX framework implementer role.
