Job summary

EY GDS invites you to join the AI for AI program as an AI Platform Build Senior Consultant in India. You will lead expert teams delivering AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, including NLP and Transformer models, working with cloud services on AWS or Azure, and engaging global clients and EY stakeholders.

You will mentor peers, drive end-to-end project delivery, uphold governance and ethical AI practices, and contribute to EY's leadership in AI/agentic platforms while shaping a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or related field; advanced cloud/Agentic certifications preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business management experience is highly valued.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytical/AI/Agentic platform build roles.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or other hyperscalers; strong data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct complete lifecycle of advanced analytics and GenAI initiatives with NLP and Transformer models.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee delivery of AI/ML projects to clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, governance, risk, and compliance.

AI Platform Build Senior Consultant Role Overview:

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDS's Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Engage actively in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 3-5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
