Job Title: AI Platform Build Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDS’s Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
