Armanino India LLP in India is seeking a seasoned finance professional to prepare and review financial statements for the management company and affiliated entities. You will manage the general ledger, oversee AP/AR, and support budgeting, forecasting, and tax filings while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in asset management or financial services, proficiency in Workday and Excel, and a high degree of integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within asset management, hedge funds, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and investment management accounting.
• Proficiency in Workday and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Exposure to Automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism & MS Power Automate will be given preference.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and investor relations teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in system implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
