Qualifications

• 5+ years in primary market research, analytics, and/or consulting in life sciences.
• Engineering or quantitative degree.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Experience across competitive intelligence, sales analytics, forecasting, and/or qualitative research (preferred).
• AI and innovation mindset in applying AI to consulting.

The Senior Consultant will play a key part in leading impactful projects and transforming complex data into strategic narratives for life sciences clients.

• Strategic Insight Delivery - Translate complex raw data into powerful insights through structured analysis and problem-solving, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Consulting Mindset - Approach each client interaction with curiosity and strategic thinking in every conversation, clarifying questions and addressing challenges.
• Ownership and Initiative - Demonstrate a proactive, high-quality approach to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
• Deliverable Support - Craft clear, impactful, and concise presentations that integrate advanced data visualizations and cutting-edge delivery methods.

Qualifications:

• Experience - 5+ years in primary market research, analytics, and/or consulting in the life sciences industry.
• Education - A degree in engineering or other quantitative related field.
• Technical Ability - Proven ability to deliver data-driven strategic insights and advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability - Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail - High standards for accuracy and quality.
