ZoomRx Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Consulting to drive end-to-end market research projects in the life sciences sector.

You will transform healthcare data into strategic stories for pharma and biotech clients, delivering clear insights and recommendations. You will collect, process, and analyze data, build client-ready PowerPoint decks, and develop a deep understanding of projects and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or a quantitative discipline with 1–3 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection - ensure data collection tools yield accurate, reliable data.
• Data Processing - monitor data, run sanity checks, organize datasets.
• Data Analysis - review data and cuts against client questions; refine views.
• Client Delivery - build client deliverables (PowerPoint decks) per storyboard.
• Business Context - understand clients, projects, therapeutic areas for each deliverable.
• Project Ownership - manage around two average-sized projects at a time.

Shape the future of Life Sciences as a Senior Associate, Consulting:

The Senior Associate will drive the successful execution of market research projects end to end, turning complex healthcare data into clear, strategic stories for the commercial teams behind leading pharma and biotech brands.

Location:

Gurugram,Pune,Chennai

Roles/responsibilities:

• Data Collection - Pressure-test data collection tools and methods to make sure the data coming in is accurate and reliable.
• Data Processing - Monitor incoming data, run pre-analysis sanity checks, and organize datasets so they are easy to analyze.
• Data Analysis - Review data and data cuts against the client’s business questions, refining existing views and building new ones as needed.
• Client Delivery - Build client deliverables (typically PowerPoint decks) in line with the team’s storyboard, with guidance from Associate Consultants and Consultants.
• Business Context - Develop a deep understanding of clients, projects, and therapeutic areas through every deliverable you build.
• Project Ownership - Manage around two average-sized projects at a time, spanning different pharmaceutical brands across the same or different clients.

Required Skills/Expertise:

• Background - Degree in life sciences or a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business, statistics, mathematics), with 1–3 years of experience in life sciences and/or business analysis.
• Technical Ability - Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering analytically robust, data-driven strategic stories. Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration - Ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

• Experience in healthcare market intelligence functions beyond primary market research (competitive intelligence, sales analytics, forecasting, etc.)
• Life Sciences or Healthcare industry experience

Final compensation for this position will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and geographic location.
