ZoomRx Inc. in India is seeking a hands-on product leader to design and ship AI skills powering Sagan Agents, partnering with the tech team and Product Owners.

You will own the market research layer, set roadmaps, define output standards, and mentor across consulting, tech, and product. Flexible work options and unlimited PTO accompany a dynamic, impact‑driven environment.

• 5+ years in a consulting role at Consultant level or above across multiple project types.
• Advanced, hands-on AI poweruser who uses AI tools daily to research, analyze, write and build.
• Stays current with AI advances and champions effective practices.
• Comfortable with technical tools/workflows to ship product work quickly.
• Deep understanding of ZoomRx methodologies in study design, analysis, and delivery.
• Product mindset: reusable systems and strong prioritization.
• Ability to articulate expert knowledge clearly in writing.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across consulting, tech, and product.

This is a hands-on product role. You'll design andship the AI skills that power Sagan Agents, working closely with the tech team

Yourresponsibilities will include:

AI and SkillsDevelopment

• Own the skills behind ZoomRx'smarket research project types. Design, build, and ship them in closepartnership with the current Product Owners, and identify new consultingworkflows to agentify.
• Ship skills directly into theSagan Agents platform. Work closely with the tech team to build, integrate, andmaintain your part of the product.
• Work hand in hand with the techteam and current Product Owners to build and ship what you own, and partnerwith consulting leadership to align priorities and capture expertise.
• Own the market research layerof Sagan Agents, turning ZoomRx's research expertise into agent intelligenceacross our project types, from tracking studies to synthetic personas.

Product Strategy

• Set the direction and roadmapfor your area, deciding what gets built next based on client needs, consultingpriorities, and how the agents perform.

Quality and Evaluation

• Define what good output lookslike for each project type, and hold agents to the standard clients andconsulting teams expect.

Standards and Mentorship

• Set the conventions and bestpractices for building agent capabilities, and guide others across theorganization who contribute to them.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in aconsulting role at Consultant level or above, with experience across multipleproject types.
• Advanced, hands‑on AI poweruser who uses AI tools daily to research, analyze, write, and build, and hasexperience building with AI (prompting, agents, skills, or automations).
• Stays current with advances inAI, adopts new tools with sound judgment, and champions effective practicesacross the team.
• Comfortable with the technicaltools and workflows needed to ship work into the product, with the drive to gethands‑on quickly.
• Deep understanding of ZoomRxmethodologies and how studies are designed, analyzed, and delivered.
• Product mindset: thinks inreusable systems rather than one-off solutions, and makes sound prioritizationcalls.
• Ability to make expert,implicit knowledge explicit, with clear and precise writing.
• Strong sense of ownership. Youtake full accountability for outcomes, follow through without being chased, andraise problems early rather than waiting for them to escape.
• Proven ability to influence andbuild trust with senior stakeholders across consulting, tech, and product.
