Responsibilities

• Lead or support solution design for Sourcing & Procurement opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs and proactive pursuits.
• Assess S&P processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, digitization and automation.
• Identify opportunities to embed GenAI/AI, automation, analytics in procurement processes.
• Translate digital interventions into tangible business outcomes; build transformation hypotheses and business-case development.
• Participate in client discovery workshops, engage with senior client stakeholders and translate complex digital concepts into clear business language.
• S&P domain expertise
• Strong understanding of Sourcing & Procurement / Source-to-Pay, with particular strength in sourcing and upstream/midstream procurement.
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing, category management, procurement, supplier management, contracting or spend analytics.
• Ability to understand existing procurement processes and redesign them using digital levers.
• Experience in Solution Design, Pre-sales, Procurement Transformation, Digital Consulting or Management Consulting.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Ability to move from a problem statement to solution, transformation roadmap, business case and client story.
• Working understanding of major S&P platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Ivalua or Jaggaer.
• Understanding of AI, GenAI, analytics, workflow and automation applications within procurement.
• Ability to work with technical teams without needing to be a software developer.

Responsibilities

• 1. S&P Solution Design & Pre-Sales
  • Lead or support solution design for Sourcing & Procurement opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs and proactive pursuits.
  • Understand client requirements, current-state processes and pain points and translate them into a differentiated solution.
  • Develop future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, solution architectures and digital interventions.
  • Create compelling proposal narratives, presentations and solution artifacts for client discussions and solution-defensesessions.
  • Work across domain, technology, operations and commercial teams to develop scalable and commercially viable solutions.
• 2. Sourcing & Procurement Transformation
  • Assess S&P processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, digitization and automation.
  • Apply strong domain understanding across procurement intake and guided buying; strategic sourcing / RFP / RFQ / eauctions; category management; supplier management and vendor risk; contract management; tactical and tail-spendbuying; requisition-to-PO; and spend analytics.
  • Translate business challenges into transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• 3. Digital, AI & Technology Solutioning
  • Identify opportunities to embed GenAI/AI, agentic automation, advanced analytics, intelligent workflows and automation intoprocurement processes.
  • Understand how leading procurement platforms fit within the client’s existing technology landscape.
  • Develop technology-enabled solutions without losing sight of the underlying process and business case.
  • Work with specialist technology and product teams to convert business requirements into practical solution designs.
• 4. Business Case & Value Articulation
  • Translate digital interventions into tangible business outcomes such as productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction,compliance improvement, spend visibility and procurement savings opportunities.
  • Build transformation hypotheses and support business-case development.
  • Articulate the “why change, what changes, how technology enables it, and what value the client receives” story.
  • Develop phased transformation roadmaps rather than isolated technology recommendations.

• 5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
