Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional compositing experience.
• Feature film, television, or high-end commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of color science and production workflows.
• Experience leading sequences or small teams.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong showreel with detailed shot breakdowns.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex compositing shots and sequences.
• Integrate CG, live-action plates, FX, matte paintings, and set extensions.
• Solve difficult shots using deep compositing, camera projections, relighting, and multi-pass workflows.
• Match color, lens characteristics, depth of field, atmosphere, and grain.
• Create reusable templates, gizmos, and efficient script structures.
• Review and approve work from other compositors.
• Mentor mid-level and junior artists.
• Collaborate with supervisors, clients, CG, FX, Roto / Prep, and Production teams.
• Identify technical and creative issues and provide effective solutions.

People Media Factory is seeking a Senior Compositor to take creative and technical ownership of complex shots and sequences. The role includes advanced compositing, sequence leadership, quality review, mentoring, and collaboration with supervisors and other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead complex compositing shots and sequences.
• Integrate CG, live-action plates, FX, matte paintings, and set extensions.
• Solve difficult shots using deep compositing, camera projections, relighting, and complex multi-pass workflows.
• Match color, lens characteristics, depth of field, atmosphere, and grain.
• Create reusable templates, gizmos, and efficient script structures.
• Review and approve work from other compositors.
• Mentor mid-level and junior artists.
• Collaborate with supervisors, clients, CG, FX, Roto / Prep, and Production teams.
