Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a skilled D365 CE-Technical consultant to drive multi‑phase CRM projects in India. You will implement, customize, and integrate D365 CE, XRM, and related Microsoft technologies while collaborating with clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint APIs, and a proven ability to deliver on tight timelines in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in D365 CE customization and configuration.
• Proven track record of 2–3 full lifecycle CRM projects.
• Customer-facing with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in integration with third-party applications.
• Certified on D365.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure D365 CE and related CRM components.
• Lead end-to-end CRM implementations with data migration and integration.
• Resolve technical issues and provide client-facing support.
• Collaborate in agile deliveries under tight timelines.

Worked on different CRM XRM versions

Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects

Expertise technologies like HTML 5 CSS SOAP REST Angular JS Javascript

Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale

Also having done projects on premise cloud support upgrade and Migrations

Must worked on D365 customization and configuration

Resolve the technical issues etc

He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills

Experience in Integration with third party applications

Must have certified on D365

Sound expertise in DevOPs GIT Jira

Designed and developed Microsoft Flow PowerApps and PowerBI reports

Worked on Office 365 Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs

Marketing automation RESCO Scribe Kingswaysoft Click dimentions
