Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Operations & Optimization: Resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues and perform root‑cause analysis; manage and optimize cloud resources (compute, storage, networking, containers); implement and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and high‑availability configurations.
- AI Services Support: Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Studio, Amazon Q Business, AgentCore, GCP Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, Gemini Models; collaborate with data science teams to support model hosting, scaling, and monitoring; ensure secure and compliant deployment of AI services and APIs.
- Automation & DevOps: Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform); implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines for cloud and AI deployments; automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Apply cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption, monitoring; ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for cloud and AI workloads.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with application, network, and security teams to support cloud and AI initiatives; document configurations, procedures, incident resolutions; contribute to knowledge base and SOP development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate/Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect, AI/ML certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer).
- Strong experience in cloud operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Terraform.
- Familiarity with cloud‑native AI services and ML model deployment.
- Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Solid grasp of cloud security, networking, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
Work Environment
May require rotational shifts or on‑call support. On‑site work – 5 days.
