Aatral Hr Consulting is hiring for an Executive / Senior Executive - AR (voice) role. The position requires handling US healthcare AR calling tasks during night shifts from Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore with strong communication for international voice support.

Key responsibilities include denial management, RCM follow-up, and EPIC knowledge (preferred). Immediate notice period or up to 15 days is expected; cab facility within 25 km is provided along with health insurance and PF.

Competenze

• Experience in AR calling for US healthcare (1–5 years).
• Strong denial management and RCM skills.
• Hands-on with AR follow-up; EPIC knowledge preferred.
