Job summary

Kalash Group in Jaipur is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects—residential, commercial, and other development initiatives. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and management to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.

The role covers project planning, site supervision, quality control, billing verification, and statutory compliance from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Senior Civil Engineer with proven experience overseeing residential, commercial construction projects.
• Experience in planning, site supervision, quality control, and cost management.
• Ability to review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and schedules.
• Familiarity with tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor construction activities from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Verify contractor bills and monitor material consumption.
• Assist in tendering, contractor selection, and procurement activities.
• Ensure project documentation and approvals are maintained.
