Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in chemistry with strong R&D background in lubricant chemistry.
• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry; PhD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for designated segments and develop as subject matter expert.
• Drive R&D project development for lubricant chemistry.
• Perform daily experiments, reporting and documentation.
• Manage lab records and prepare lab reports.
• Present results to the leadership team.
• Coordinate with Production to scale up R&D batches.
• Coordinate with QA to finalize product specifications.
• Support Marketing and Sales with value arguments for new products.
• Ensure lab safety, maintain equipment, and uphold HSE standards.
• Explore local raw materials for cost reduction and substitution.
• Collaborate with Product Portfolio Manager and global teams in Germany.
