Our mission: to safeguard financial markets through smarter, future-ready solutions.# **What you’ll do**### This role is the primary owner of the Certinia (FinancialForce) side of our Salesforce implementation, with a particular focus on PSA (Professional Services Automation). You will be the go-to person for how Certinia is configured, maintained, and evolved - translating business needs into robust PSA processes and keeping the application healthy, well-governed, and aligned with how our services organisation actually works.You will work as part of an established Salesforce team that already includes Architects, Developers, and Admins, so deep Salesforce expertise across the whole platform is not required. What matters is a firm grasp of core Salesforce concepts so you can collaborate effectively with the team, reason about how Certinia sits on top of the platform, and make sound configuration decisions.
