Job summary

USTis seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to build and configure Certinia CS Cloud and PSA capabilities, including custom (Apex/LWC) components and integrations. You will implement Veda AI features, forecasting logic, and health scorecards, while ensuring smooth sandbox to production transitions.

Required: 4–7 years in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows) with 2+ years in Certinia PSA/CS Cloud and strong REST/SOAP API integration experience; Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

Qualifications

• 4–7 years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• 2+ years hands-on Certinia PSA and/or CS Cloud.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CS Cloud (playbooks, health scorecards, renewals, success plans) and PSA (project templates, resourcing, forecasting, timecards, backlog).
• Develop custom items – Veda AI (churn/propensity, summarization, next-best-action), Services Estimator, Experience Cloud portals, forecasting logic.
• Build/maintain integrations (SFDC, Oracle ERP/HCM, SAP CRM, Qualtrics, Fieldglass, Concur, BOM/telemetry feeds).
• Follow sandbox→production change management; support unit testing and defect fixes.
