We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA), especially in workflow automation and end‑to‑end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of workflow automation in Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.
• Drive full‑cycle PSA implementations including requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful PSA rollout and post‑go‑live support.
• Automate complex business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
• Develop integrations with other systems as needed using Salesforce APIs.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
