Job summary

Optum seeks a Graduate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to lead multiple operational projects. The role emphasizes developing Power BI dashboards, leveraging Power Automate and AI-enabled analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent operational projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives
• Excellent understanding and exposure to Intermediate to Advance Excel and PPT, work closely with Operational leaders to create visual decks dashboards for daily, weekly monthly cadences
• Leverage latest AI-powered tools within Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams AI features) to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making
• Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and monitor execution to achieve desired outcomes
• Drive data-driven decision-making by utilizing AI-enabled analytics and dashboards (Power BI equivalent) to track project performance and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
• Automate repetitive workflows and optimize operational processes using AI and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Identify project risks and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies using predictive insights from AI tools
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve project efficiency, innovation, and organizational capability
