Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a Sr. Business Executive - DSA to independently manage a 40-75L PM unsecured loan portfolio in the local market, with emphasis on the self-employed segment.

You will work with DSA teams, branch banking, and tele calling to add new customers and cross-sell life and general insurance products. The role requires Graduate/MBA, 3-4 years of local market experience in Credit & Sales, and strong communication skills to translate client needs into suitable asset

Qualifications

• Experience 3-4 years in the local market, preferably with background in Credit & Sales.
• Graduate or MBA with good academic record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage business of 40-75L PM unsecured loans.
• Focus on self-employed segment and understand clients’ business to offer suitable products.
• Cross-sell banking and insurance products to clients.
• Collaborate with DSAs, tele calling, and branch teams to acquire new customers.
• Build relationships with CFOs/promoters and augment Kotak brand presence in the market.
• Monitor sourced accounts and identify opportunities for top-ups where feasible.

Job Role:

• This is an Independent role and candidate will manage a business of 40-75L PM (Unsecured Business Loans)
• Needs to have a good knowledge of Local market with a special focus on the Self-employed category. Must have experience in that Geography
• To understand clients business & provide appropriate products like Business loans, OD facilty
• Has to work closely with DSA's/do Tele calling/Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
• To cross sell various products like Current Account/Savings account/Life Insurance and General Insurance
• To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
• To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.) & Augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market
• Improve efficiency by monitoring accounts sourced, do top ups on existing loans when possible

Job Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA
