Position: Business Data Analyst (Senior) Department: Business Operations / Strategy Location: Mumbai - WFO Role Overview We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across production, operations, recruitment, finance, and business strategy within the VFX and media industry.

The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping leadership optimize resource planning, project performance, talent acquisition, and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• MBA In Finance would be a bonus.
• 6-10 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI , Table au , or Look er .
• Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of data modeling, reporting automation, and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualif ications

• Familiarity with project management and resource planning tools.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and workforce planning.
