Business Analyst - Wealth Management-RMAI Wealth Management & US Retirement

Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of Defined Contribution plans including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans. Knowledge of retirement planning, participant lifecycle management, and investment options. Expertise in retirement operations including participant onboarding, contribution processing, and recordkeeping. Understanding of regulatory frameworks including ERISA, DOL, and IRS guidelines. Custody & Capital Markets Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Trade Lifecycle with focus on Settlements & Clearing. Expertise in Corporate Actions, Income Collection, and Tax Processing. Understanding of Withholding Tax, Tax Reclaims, Relief at Source, and supporting operational workflows. Familiarity with messaging standards such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, ISO 15022, DTCC, and CREST. Knowledge of Reference Data and Static Data management within investment banking environments.
