• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within collaborative teams.
• Strong proficiency with common business analysis, documentation, reporting, and productivity tools.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, finance, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
