Job summary

VOIS, Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, seeks an experienced Business Analyst and Scrum Master to drive telecom transformation. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into clear user stories while coordinating across international teams and agile delivery lifecycles.

You will analyse data, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT, working closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements analysis and business process mapping.
• Strong experience in data analysis and interpreting business insights.
• Knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Telecom industry knowledge and domain understanding.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, Lucidchart, BPMN tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and interviews.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Scrum Master to support the delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives within the telecommunications domain. The role requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery practices, and data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and solution outcomes while driving collaboration across cross‑functional and international teams.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to gather and analyse business requirements
• Elicit, validate, document, and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment between business objectives and solution delivery
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and software delivery teams
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support prioritisation of requirements and scope
• Analyse current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Designers, Architects, Developers, and Testers to support solution design activities
• Clarify business rules and functional requirements to enable successful solution delivery
• Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Business Cases
• Gap Analysis Documents
• UAT Test Scenarios
• Support agile delivery teams and contribute to successful Scrum ceremonies and practices

Who You Are

• Experience in requirements analysis and business process mapping
• Strong experience in data analysis and interpreting business insights
• Knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Telecom industry knowledge and domain understanding
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps

• Demonstrated success working as a Scrum Master
• Experience within IT and/or telecommunications environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with multi-location international teams is desirable
