Quantum Integrators in Pune/Nagpur is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join a clinical data review and decision-support platform. You will translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and data teams.

You will study end-to-end workflows of clinical data review personas, drive backlog refinement, perform user acceptance testing, and monitor adoption to maximize efficiency and data quality.

Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst - Clinical Data Review & Decision Support Platform

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts/Product Analysts to join a team responsible for an enterprise-grade data review and decision-support platform used across the clinical development lifecycle. The platform supports multiple user personas, including Clinical Programmers, Central Monitors, Medical Reviewers, Data Managers, and Analytical Monitors, helping them review, analyze, and act on data from a variety of clinical systems.

These roles will serve as dedicated partners to specific user groups, acting as the voice of the customer and bringing deep understanding of workflows, challenges, and opportunities back to the product and engineering teams. The goal is to ensure solutions are grounded in real-world user needs and drive measurable improvements in review efficiency, data quality, and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end workflows for assigned user personas and become a trusted partner for those stakeholder groups.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with users to identify pain points, inefficiencies, usability challenges, and enhancement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, demos, feedback sessions, and solution reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize solutions.
• Analyze complex business processes spanning multiple systems, data sources, and teams.
• Support backlog refinement, release planning, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.
• Monitor adoption, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise software products or platforms.
• Strong experience translating business needs into product requirements and working within Agile product delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI can address business needs and to propose practical AI-enabled solutions, including defining requirements, human-in-the-loop workflows, and measurable business outcomes in collaboration with product, engineering, and data/AI teams.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and influence decisions through data and insights.
• Experience working on workflow-intensive platforms, operational applications, data-driven products, or decision-support systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience creating process maps, user journeys, requirements documentation, and user stories.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with clinical data review, risk-based monitoring, central monitoring, data management, medical review, or trial operations workflows.
• [GOOD TO HAVE] Experience with commercial or industry platforms such as Medidata Detect, CluePoints, IQVIA technologies, Elluminate, Clinical Insights platforms, or similar clinical review and analytics solutions.
• Understanding of data visualization, reporting, analytics, and workflow management tools.
