Job summary

noon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Ad Analytics to analyze and optimize business processes, partner with senior leaders, and drive data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes delivering strategic improvements and mentoring junior analysts in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across IT, operations, and product teams, defining objectives, creating functional specs, and leading UAT to ensure successful rollouts. Strong BPM, data analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and requirements.
• Hands-on with AI/agent tools or related tech is advantageous.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with delivery track record.
• Strong knowledge of BPM, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Visio, JIRA, SQL, and related tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.

What you'll do:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to drive efficiency and growth. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and technical teams, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide leadership and mentoring to junior analysts while leveraging your expertise to deliver high-impact results across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
• Design and recommend data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet business needs while adhering to industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to support the successful implementation of projects.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the training of end-users on new systems or processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Has automated or sped up part of their own work, with at least one real example.
• Hands-on with agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents, MCP connectors, or LLM APIs.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, SQL, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
