Job summary

noon in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Business Analyst for Seller Operations to analyze seller and operational data and drive improvements across the seller lifecycle. You will track KPIs, build daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports, and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams to boost seller performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an Analyst / Business Analyst / Operations Analyst role.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Good understanding of metrics and KPI tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track and report key Seller Ops metrics (onboarding, activation, performance, cancellations, returns, SLA adherence).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and MIS reports.
• Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis for seller-related operational problems.
• Work closely with Seller Ops and Product teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives through data insights.
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis and business queries from stakeholders.
