We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Marketing Team, responsible for generating insights through data analysis and reporting. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and supporting the marketing team with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Daily Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for preparing and delivering daily performance reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
Data Management: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to generate insights.
Reporting Tools: Leverage tools like Excel and PowerBI to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for better decision-making.
Marketing Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support marketing strategies and improve the performance of ongoing campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, CPC) and recommend improvements.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct deep dives into specific data sets as required to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/BE or a preferred MBA in Analytics or a related field.
Experience: 1-4 years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on marketing and analytics.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SQL to manage and query data.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
PowerBI experience to build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and CPC.
