What This Role Requires

In the role of Senior Business Analyst/BA, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business requirements for projects.
• Process Analysis: Analyze processes, including clinical trials, drug development, and compliance workflows, to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents in alignment with GxP and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, create reports, and develop dashboards that provide insights into project performance and operational metrics.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals and timelines.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the pharmaceutical domain, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis with a consistent record of successful project delivery across diverse domains.
• Project Experience: Experience working on large-scale implementations / multiple projects aligned with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and a strong understanding of related methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels, including scientists, executives, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Added Advantage:

• Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP (Good Practice) systems and compliance requirements.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare/Drug Development.
